Make Your Child's Birthday Party One to Remember!

What child doesn't want the chance to bounce, swing, jump, and balance their way through an hour of fun with their friends at the best children's birthday party ever? In our Carterton-based, fully equipped gym, we have soft sprung surfaces and numerous safety landing areas, as well as apparatus including an air track, bars, balance beams, and soft play equipment.

Our fun and fully qualified coaches will supervise the party and ensure your children get the best experience in a safe environment. To round off the adventure, your party group can book access to our Beam Cafe where they can swap experiences while enjoying some party food. That's the best bit, you bring your party food all prepared and ready to go so you don't have the hassle at home.

Budget Friendly

With prices starting at just £120 for up to 15 kids, you're getting premium fun without the premium price tag. Optional add-ons like party bags offer the flexibility to customize your party within your budget.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You and your guests are welcome to arrive not more than 15 minutes before your allocated party time.
You will have 15 minutes at the end of your party to clear up. Your party must be finished and cleared up by the end of this time.
We do ask that you clear away after the party food, including any dropped food (we do have a dustpan and brush you can use). We also ask that you take any rubbish away with you.
For the 18-month to 4-year age group, EACH CHILD MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT THROUGHOUT THE PARTY.
For the 5 to 13-year age group, parents of guests are allowed in the gym during the party to see all the fun, or they are welcome to relax in the Beam Cafe and watch on the screen.
Children must wear suitable sports clothing, i.e., shorts or leggings and a T-shirt (no zips, buttons, buckles, or hoodies).
Long hair must be tied back, and no hard plastic hair accessories should be worn.
No jewellery may be worn. If a child is not dressed appropriately, they may not be able to take part.
Party bags can be provided at an additional £3 per guest

SELF CATERED

One hour in our fantastic gym, supervised by British Gymnastic qualified coaches

45 minutes in a special area of our Beam Cafe where you can serve your own party food. You are welcome to decorate the area (but no sellotape, please).

Price: £180 for up to 15 children aged 18 months to 13 years

If you would like to invite more than 15 children, please enquire. Please note there will be a fee of £10 per person.

Party bags can be provided at an additional cost of £3 per child. They include 1 medal, 1 packet of sweets, 1 toy, and 1 balloon. The birthday child will also get a Carterton Gymnastic pin badge.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Full payment for the party must be made with your booking.
Cancellation: Any party cancelled up to 30 days before the date of your party will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation in the 30 days before the party will not receive any refund.
