Frequently asked questions
All children are required to wear the official club uniform - either the club leotard or the club t-shirt and shorts. These can be purchased from their personal IClassPro Account, which will be created for you when you take up any paid membership with our Club.
If your child prefers to wear shorts over their leotard, please ensure the shorts are plain black, with no logos, patterns, or sparkly details. This supports our commitment to inclusivity and helps everyone feel part of the team.
Once you become a member, you'll be set up with an iClassPro account - our booking and membership management platform. Through this system, you can onboard your gymnast, book or cancel classes, and shop for uniforms and other club merchandise.
Please ensure your account information is kept up to date. For your child’s safety, we require two emergency contact numbers on file at all times.
Yes, we hold an annual Club Championship competition that’s open to all members, giving everyone a chance to take part. In addition, we have squad groups who represent the club at local and regional competitions throughout the year.

Carterton Gymnastic Club charges £10.25 per hour. The class fees are prorated throughout the year, which means that you are charged one flat fee per month. The cost for this 1-hour weekly class is £44.45 per month.
To enrol there is a £20 administration fee and you are also required to pay your last month’s fee upfront to cover your 1 month cancellation period. This will be refunded at the end of your membership if needed.
Once you become a member of our gymnastics classes, there's no need to book each session—just arrive at your scheduled time, and we’ll already have your name on file.
If possible, please check in when you arrive using the device located at the main entrance. This will automatically add your gymnast’s name to the register. If you're unable to do so, a staff member will be available to register your child manually.
You only need to book our Play Gym, Tumblers, Family Open Gym and Holiday Camps.
Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking available. Please be aware that once you enter the industrial estate where the Club is located, a 10mph speed limit is in place for safety reasons.
At times, multiple classes may be running simultaneously, so we kindly ask you to drive carefully and watch out for children entering and exiting the building.
We occasionally offer paid trial sessions to give you the chance to experience our classes before committing to a membership. These will be made public through our Facebook and Instagram pages - so watch out for those. Alternatively email cartertongymnastics@outlook.com
Once you decide to join, you’ll also need to take out British Gymnastics insurance—full details will be included in your welcome pack.
