Inspiring the community to reach for the sky

Can you help us to create an incredible new gymnastics facility?

Exciting News!

New Pre-school & Adult classes

Carterton gymnastics club has been inspiring gymnasts of all ages and abilities for over thirty years. We are dedicated to training artistic gymnasts of all levels, from recreational boys and girls to elite standard and competitive squads for girls, as well as adults of all abilities. We currently have 160+ boys and girls aged 5 to 18 registered with the Club as well as a number of adults. We are a voluntary organisation but we live, eat, and breathe all things gymnastics, and our High Performance Coach is supported by a network of amazing, dedicated Club and Assistant Club Coaches and Judges, along with our fantastic team of volunteers working hard behind the scenes. We are based in Carterton, Oxfordshire, but draw gymnasts from all around.

Our aim is to offer members of our community the opportunity to experience gymnastics with professional coaches in a safe and friendly environment where they can be the best they can be.

The Club is  affiliated to British Gymnastics, Oxfordshire and Southern region. We are also proud to be a Gymmark accredited club.

Following the latest developments, the club is now temporarily closed.

Breaking News!

In December our wonderful Head Coach Debra Courtenay-Crane was announced as South Region winner of the BBC Sports Personality Unsung Hero award 2019. We are all so proud of her, and enjoyed watching her live on stage at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards show in Aberdeen, alongside the other 14 regional winners. We all know how fantastic she is, but it is wonderful to see her decades of dedication to the club and gymnastics formally recognised. The trophy was presented to Debra by former Carterton and Commonwealth gymnast Katie Slader.
