As our facility develops we will be able to offer even more exercise classes, from free running and martial arts to yoga bears and aerobics. If you are a fitness/exercise instructor and would like to work with us in our wonderful facility, please get in touch.

Barre Fitness with Liz
Run by Cotswold Pilates, this class uses elements of ballet and pilates to a dance beat with low impact, high rep moves designed to tone and sculpt. No dance experience is required, just the willingness to have fun!

Pilates Mat Class with a 'sprinkle' of Slings Myofascial

Run by Audri of Birch Tree Massage & Movement, this class aims to teach you better movement through Pilates to overcome pain and increase mobility.
Come enjoy circuit training with a difference in our gym. Working on strength, mobility, and stamina, you'll definitely be working up a sweat!
These sessions are individually booked so you have the flexibility around your busy schedule.
