We are very pleased to introduce our exercise class partners, listed below. Please click on the links to see more information about what they offer and how to book your place.

 

As our facility develops we will be able to offer even more exercise classes, from free running and martial arts to yoga bears and aerobics. If you are a fitness/exercise instructor and would like to work with us in our wonderful facility, please get in touch.

We are excited to introduce a new Yoga class delivered by Sharon of B You Yoga.

Slow flowing yoga for the body & mind.

Slow Flow Yoga

Monday 7.00 - 8.00pm

 

Fit & Flexible at Fifty +

This fun and gentle class focuses on flexibility, balance, co-ordination and core strength and is tailored to the abilities of those attending. As well as general exercises, you will be given the opportunity to work towards your own goals, be that increasing flexibility or maintaining movement and balance.
